The Tire-Derived Product Business Assistance Program (TBAP) implemented by the California Integrated Waste Management Board is now available for eligible businesses. Companies that may qualify include rubber recyclers, rubber manufacturers, plastic manufacturers, contract manufacturers, builders, composites companies and other related businesses who are using or demonstrate a commitment to use California-derived recycled rubber.
