SAN RAMON, CA – August 14, 2009 – Bill Browne, Engagement Manager with Manex Consulting, will be facilitating the “Improving Profitability Strategy Forum” at the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) Expo 2009 in
San Diego, CA on September 23, 2009. Browne will give business owners and manufacturers specific,
ready-to-implement strategies to increase efficiency, better manage operations and budgets, and assess market value. IFAI invited Browne to speak because of Manex’s expertise in working with manufacturers, developing solutions to improve their top and bottom line.

Browne, a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, will share strategies for increasing productivity on the plant floor and field, administrative and planning functions, sales management and pricing models, financial and cash flow management, and the development of personnel.

IFAI Expo 2009 is the largest specialty fabrics trade show in the Americas, attracting major suppliers from all over the world, representing more than 60 countries, hundreds of exhibitors and an estimated 7,000 registered participants.
