Humboldt Creamery was faced with rising insurance premiums, and increased recruitment and workers' compensation costs. These costs negatively impacted profitability. The company was looking for new ways to operate more efficiently with a better trained and motivated staff.

To address these challenges, Manex designed a customized training program for key staff members to improve skills critical to the success of the organization. A comprehensive training program consisting of hands-on training and lectures was delivered. This included extensive training in the areas of leadership, customer service, and computer proficiency.

As a result of the training program, Humboldt Creamery was able to eliminate non-production time by 25% which resulted in significant savings. Operational efficiency was also improved through a 5-10% reduction in unnecessary process steps and a 15-20% increase in computer proficiency. As a result of the training, management skills were also enhanced.
