Manex developed a flexible program using Lean Principles and 5S methods to deliver immediate and measurable results to their bottom line. All team members within the critical manufacturing departments - Inspection, Shipping, and Receiving - were trained in 5S methods and Lean Manufacturing to identify areas affecting productivity and implement new processes to improve operations. Tools and metrics were implemented across the departments.
