How do I qualify for this new program?
Manex is not a broker or lender - we have partnered with lenders, alternative financing sources and private equity firms to offer this new program. Our partners assume that Manex has relationships with the companies we recommend to them. Therefore, companies are considered for this program if they are former, current or prospective Manex clients. While we cannot guarantee you will obtain funding, you are assured a personal review of your specific situation and consideration is often given to the fact that you have engaged Manex to further improve your business performance or are actively working on a plan for improvement.

Do you provide a complimentary initial assessment?
After a brief phone call to discuss your situation and an expert has determined whether we can assist you, we will schedule an onsite visit to conduct a complimentary initial assessment. This initial assessment typically includes a meeting with your management team, a tour of your facilities to assess the key challenges/opportunities, and recommended next steps.

What happens after the assessment?
Typically, after the initial assessment we conduct a thorough review of your financial performance and operational processes. We compare the results to industry benchmarks and lender/investor metrics. We identify, quantify and prioritize your options to develop an action plan to help meet financing needs. To ensure key lender/investor requirements are met, we monitor your performance progress and provide ongoing management support.

What other sources of funds are available?
In addition to various tax recapture strategies that Manex and our partners can assist you with, there are Federal and State programs designed exclusively for manufacturers, distributors and their supply chains.
