MicroDental Labs was experiencing rapid growth, with an increase in size to nearly 500 employees and a relocation to a new, modern facility. To stay ahead of technological advances and handle this expansion, MicroDental Labs wanted to develop a high-performance team, while improving employee retention and morale.
Manex teamed with MicroDental to develop a comprehensive training program for the 500-person organization. A customized 15-week management training program was designed and delivered with emphasis on leadership skills, management team building, cross-cultural communications, and inter-team communications.
As a result of the program, employee performance was greatly improved at all levels across the organization. Employees mastered soft skills in the areas of supervision, delegation, communication, organization and planning, and problem solving. In turn, company loyalty was strengthened with a renewed employee commitment to pursuing advanced career paths within the organization.
